Cancellation Policy & Liability Waiver
Due to the nature of small businesses in the current pandemic and potential shut downs; we would love to reschedule your projected class to a future date with a Create Credit applied to your account to be redeemed towards in-person/virtual cooking classes and/or our bar. This helps ensure our survivability past the pandemic.
Cancellation policy: In-Person
Due to limited seating, we require that you cancel no less than a week (7 days) prior to your scheduled class to avoid losing payment to allow Create to re-book the class. You may cancel by phone at (720) 573-9949 or via email, firstname.lastname@example.org
Your tickets may be transferred to a future class (up to two times), another guest, or for a full refund.
Please note that Create will be unable to provide a refund or transfer if failure to notify Create less than a week of your class reservation.
Create Cooking School may cancel class due to low enrollment, if 3 or less guests are enrolled, or other unforeseen circumstances; such as inclement weather. If a class is cancelled, Create will make the determination no less than 2 hours prior to class if cancellation happens. We will make every attempt to notify you by phone and/or email using the information provided upon registration regarding the cancellation and will provide either credit or a refund at your pleasure.
Cancellation policy: Create Live Virtual
Create Cooking School is not responsible if a class is missed by the customer. A recorded session will be sent to you if the class is missed. Create Cooking School will honor one (1) transfer to another virtual class if the customer's schedule changes at no additional cost.
