2 each Roasted Red Peppers (canned is fine)

1 each Roma Tomato

3 each Garlic Cloves

1/4 cup Almonds*

1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar or Sherry Vinegar

1 tsp Spanish Paprika

Olive Oil As needed

 

Patatas Bravas

3 Large Russet Potato, washed

Canola or Vegetable Oil for Deep Frying

Paprika To Taste

 

Montado de Gambas 

3 ounces Spanish Chorizo or Calabrese Salami

6 each Shrimp, Size 13-15 or 16-20, Peeled & Deveined

1 each Garlic Clove

2 each Roma Tomato

1/4 cup Fresh Basil

1 each Lemon

Extra Virgin Olive Oil As Needed

1 Loaf French Bread (baguette)

 

Have a medium sauce pot with fry oil, slotted spoon or a spider, medium sauté pan, blender or food processor, and a mixing bowl handy.
