CREATE LIVE | PASTA BOLOGNESE INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
2 eggs Whole
1 egg Yolk
4 ounces Ground Beef
12 ounces Italian Sausage (mild or spicy)
1/2 each Yellow Onion, small
3 each Garlic Cloves
1/2 each Carrot
1 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes*
1/2 cup Red Wine*
1 cup Chicken, Beef, or Vegetable Stock
3 cups San Marzano Tomatoes (Whole Plum Tomatoes in Juice)
1/4 cup Milk or Heavy Cream
1-2 sprigs Fresh Oregano
1 each Bay Leaf Whole
Olive Oil As Needed
1-2 sprigs Fresh Basil
3 ounces Parmesan or Pecorino Romano
Have a pot for boiling pasta filled with water, a large heavy bottomed saucepan with lid, wooden spoon, whisk, cheese grater, box grater, sauté pan, and a dough cutter (optional). Pasta roller would be best.
Aversion to gluten? Find your favorite GF pasta.
Aversion to dairy? Don't use it.
Aversion to meat? Use 4 cups of Cremini Mushrooms Roughly Chopped.
Please do not use Canned Diced Tomato or Crushed Tomato in Juice...They tend to be too watery for this dish.
