2 each Chicken Thigh, Boneless & Skinless
1 cup Buttermilk
1/3 cup Pickle Juice
2 Tbsp Tabasco or Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 each Egg
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 tsp Kosher Salt
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 cup Water
Oil for Frying

    EQUIPMENT:
    Medium sauce pot filled halfway with Canola Oil
    3 Medium Mixing Bowls
    1 small sauce pot
    Paper Towels (Or Linens)
    Whisk
    Cutting Board 
    Knife

    Tasting Spoons
