1 cup Buttermilk
2 Tbsp Tabasco or Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 each Egg
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 tsp Kosher Salt
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 cup Water
Oil for Frying

1/3  each English Cucumber

1/4 cup White vinegar

1 Tbsp Fresh Dill

1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds

2 each Garlic Cloves
